Does selecting my country mean I can use the platform?
No. Choosing a region shows its local requirements. The platform still decides whether you can open an account, use a product or join a referral promotion.
How should I choose a language and region if I live abroad?
Choose the language you prefer to read and the region where you actually reside. A reader living in Australia who prefers Chinese should check the Australian conditions; reading Chinese does not require choosing a different country. Switching to English does not make another country’s products available to you.
Residence, nationality and the country issuing an identity document are different facts. An exchange may ask for them separately, so answer its official form accurately.
