About this notice and contacting us

This notice applies to the CoinNav website. The operating name is CoinNav and the contact address is support@excxa.com. You can also use the contact page for questions about this site’s data handling.

Comparison conditions

Your selected region, payment method, amount and withdrawal option generate results. They may remain in the address bar, browsing history or a copied link. Check these details before sharing a URL. Public comparison needs no visitor account and does not connect to your exchange or bank account.

To continue a comparison after reading a guide, the region, amount, payment method, currency, withdrawal choice and order role you explicitly select are also saved in the current browser tab’s session. CoinNav does not infer residence from reading language. These saved choices are used only to continue the current browsing session and do not themselves create server-side analytics records.

The residence you select is also stored in a browser cookie named coinnav_region for up to 180 days, so it survives moving between pages and opening a new tab. Page links therefore need no region parameter. The cookie holds a region code only. It contains nothing that identifies you and is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising. Nothing is written until you choose a region.

A browser may retain these choices when restoring a session. You can actively remove them using “Clear saved choices” below the country selector on the home page or in the region dialog, which also deletes the region cookie described above. Clearing saved conditions does not automatically delete browser history, links already copied or referral-click records described below.

Contact and correction records

The optional email, page URL, message, submission time and handling status you provide are stored in the site database to process feedback and follow up where necessary. Messages emailed directly are also handled by the receiving email service. Do not send identity documents, passwords, verification codes, private keys, recovery phrases or another person’s non-public information.

Feedback is not automatically deleted after a fixed period. To request access, correction or deletion of your submission, contact the address above with enough information to locate it, without sending sensitive identity documents. We consider required records and backups when handling deletion requests and explain what has been done.

Referral clicks

When you follow a referral link to an exchange, we record the platform, region, payment method, language, page where you clicked and time to understand how these links are used. Click records do not contain IP addresses, browser fingerprints or exchange-account identifiers. A click alone does not confirm registration, verification or trading. Subsequent activity on an external platform is governed by that platform’s policy.

Necessary cookies and security information

Public comparison does not need tracking cookies. The coinnav_region cookie that remembers your residence is functional; its purpose and removal are described above. Contact and correction forms use a security cookie lasting up to two hours to prevent forged submissions. Administration uses necessary session and security cookies.

Feedback is rate-limited by connection address in one-hour windows. These counters remain in runtime memory and are not written to feedback or click tables. Delivering pages requires processing network connection information. Hosting or reverse-proxy logs depend on deployment configuration; an IP-free click table does not mean that no part of the network processes IP addresses.

External services and changes

Opening an official or referral link causes your browser to contact the destination website. Read its privacy notice before submitting information. This page’s date changes when the notice is revised. New features that change data use require an appropriate update to this explanation.

Optional visit analytics

This site offers Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand visits to public pages. The browser loads Google's analytics script and sends page-view information only after you consent. Without consent, or when you decline, the script is not loaded and these analytics are not sent.

After consent, GA4 may use analytics cookies and receive information about visited pages, the browser and the device. Google also receives the connection's IP address when your browser connects to its service. Page addresses sent by this site omit query parameters and fragments. We do not intentionally send form contents or an email you enter to analytics. Contact, correction, administration, error and demo pages do not load analytics.

Google signals and personalized advertising are disabled. Consent for advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization always remains denied. Your choice is saved in this browser. You can change or withdraw it through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics; it does not automatically delete data already sent or affect normal reading, comparison and necessary security functions.

For Google's handling of received data, read the Google Privacy Policy.
