Choosing a crypto withdrawal network: address and memo checks

The same asset name does not establish network compatibility. Start with the recipient’s instructions.

On this page

Open the six-item withdrawal self-check and tick items after checking both sides. A tick records your own review; this page does not validate an address or transfer safety.

Start with the receiving page

Choose the asset on the receiving platform or wallet and check its currently supported networks. Then find the matching network at the sending end. Similar names or lower fees are not enough. OKX’s network guidance likewise requires the deposit and withdrawal networks to match. OKX network selection

Check the address and extra identifier

Similar names or the same address format do not prove compatibility. After checking the match, review minimums, fees and the expected received amount.

Checking sequence only, with no real address or transfer validation. Use the information and support status shown by both services at the time.

Keep a pre-transfer checklist

  • Is the asset, and the token contract where relevant, correct?
  • Do both ends support the selected network, and is either service paused?
  • Did the address come from the correct receiving page for this transfer?
  • Is a tag or memo required?
  • Have minimums, the charge and expected net receipt been checked?

Official status and deposit/withdrawal pages help verify supported assets and networks at the time. Historical articles alone do not establish current availability. OKX supported-network guidance

Never guess a tag or memo

Some receiving methods need an additional identifier alongside the address. Copy the receiving page’s instructions exactly and contact the recipient if unsure. A missing or incorrect identifier can prevent correct crediting. OKX tag/memo explanation

Compare fees after compatibility

Once the route matches, review the actual withdrawal confirmation fee. If CoinNav has no complete record for that asset and network route, it leaves the component unknown. A platform’s lowest published withdrawal fee cannot stand in for every network.

Keep the transaction reference and time after submission, and check status using the recipient’s instructions. CoinNav does not initiate transfers, recover private keys or reverse blockchain transactions. Contact the relevant platform’s official support for transfer problems.

Apply the checks to a transfer

Use the Binance-to-OKX USDT guide for a concrete route. If the network matches but withdrawal is unavailable, check holds, limits and account reviews.

Check each item yourself

What still needs checking before a withdrawal?

Tick each item after checking it on the sender’s and recipient’s pages. Do not enter addresses or private keys here; this page does not verify transfer details.

Six withdrawal self-checks

A tick records your own check; it is not address or safety verification.

These selections are not uploaded or saved by this site. Before sending, use the current information and final confirmation shown on both sides.
