To send USDT from Binance to OKX, start with the USDT deposit page in your OKX exchange account. Find a receiving network, then choose the same chain on Binance. Compare costs only after both sides support the route and your account can use it. This guide covers an on-chain transfer between exchange accounts, not OKX Web3 Wallet, Binance Pay or an internal transfer.
Public documentation was reviewed on 6 September 2026, Beijing time. It is intended for readers who can lawfully use both accounts. We did not execute a transfer or obtain a personal live withdrawal quote.
Match the asset and the chain before copying an address
USDT identifies the asset; Ethereum / ERC20 and TRON / TRC20 identify networks. Selecting USDT at both ends is insufficient if the chains differ. Binance explains these network labels in its deposit and withdrawal guide.
One concrete trap matters here: the OKX network-selection article reviewed for this guide explicitly says it does not support USDT deposits over BSC. BNB support on BSC does not establish USDT support. A familiar-looking address or an option offered by Binance does not establish that OKX can receive that asset on that chain.
| What you see | How to proceed |
|---|---|
| The same USDT network is available for OKX deposits and Binance withdrawals | Continue checking the address, minimum, fee and net arrival |
| A Binance network is missing from the OKX USDT deposit page | Do not use that route; check a mutually supported option |
| Deposits or withdrawals are suspended at either end | Wait or reassess another route; an old address is not proof of availability |
| The interface automatically detects a network | Compare it with the receiving page yourself |
This is a decision table, not a live list of supported networks. Account, regional and maintenance conditions can change the options. See the general network checklist for the underlying checks.

03 · Trace the transfer
Matching asset, chain and address still requires account eligibility. This diagram provides no payment address and does not verify a transfer.
Follow the receiving page, sending page and arrival record
1. Obtain fresh receiving details at OKX. On the web, use Assets → Deposit and select USDT and its network. Note the address, minimum and confirmations, plus a memo/tag if requested. Remember whether you selected the Funding or Trading account. The OKX web-deposit guide identifies these fields. Another person's screenshot cannot supply your payment details.
2. Prepare the on-chain withdrawal at Binance. Select USDT, paste the receiving address and match the network. Compare the complete pasted address with the original. If the account asks for the beneficiary or destination platform, enter the actual OKX account information.
3. Read the final amounts together. Check withdrawal amount, fee and expected arrival. The amount reaching OKX must meet its minimum for that network. If fees are additional, your available balance must cover them too. Resolve any account waiting period before proceeding.
4. Trace the record after completing the required confirmations. Keep the withdrawal order number, chain, amount and TxID. Find the corresponding OKX deposit record. Leaving Binance, being confirmed on-chain and being credited by OKX are separate events.
A 200 USDT example: where is the fee deducted?
These are invented figures for calculation only, not current platform quotes. Assume a 1 USDT withdrawal fee and a 5 USDT receiving minimum. The two accounting conventions are illustrative too; they do not mean Binance offers a choice between them.
| Confirmation-page convention | Account debit | Expected arrival | What to check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enter 200 and deduct the fee from that amount | 200 USDT | 199 USDT | The net amount meets the minimum and your intended target |
| Enter 200 and charge the fee separately | 201 USDT | 200 USDT | Available balance covers 201, not just 200 |
| Send 10 first, then 190, deducting 1 from each | 200 USDT total | 198 USDT total | Both transfers separately meet minimums and incur fees |
The calculations are 200 − 1 = 199, 200 + 1 = 201, and (10 − 1) + (190 − 1) = 198. A small test has a cost and must itself meet both platforms' minimums. A successful test checks that route at that moment; check the address and status again before another transfer.
The Binance public withdrawal-fee page did not provide a usable personal fee row during this review, so we publish no fixed TRC20 or ERC20 price. Withdrawal charges are also distinct from maker/taker trading fees. OKX's fee explanation distinguishes the sending and receiving sides; check the charge at the platform sending your funds.
Binance says completed, but OKX has not credited the funds
| Checkpoint | Where to look | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Binance is awaiting confirmation or review, with no TxID | Binance withdrawal record | Follow the account prompt; give Binance support the order number if necessary |
| A TxID exists but confirmations are pending | The corresponding chain explorer linked from the record | Compare status, chain, address and amount; do not send again just to prompt arrival |
| Confirmed on-chain, processing at OKX | OKX deposit details | Check the confirmation requirement for this deposit |
| OKX requests transfer-source information | The prompt inside your account | Supply accurate sender and platform information |
| Too little was sent, or the network/address was wrong | Records at both ends and official support | Ask about the specific case; recovery is not guaranteed |
| Deposit successful, but no trading balance | OKX Funding and Trading accounts | Check the destination account selected when depositing |
The OKX progress guide links deposit records to on-chain progress and distinguishes arrival from withdrawal-unlock confirmation requirements. Its deposit-unlocking instructions cover additional information requests for affected accounts. Such a prompt is not a reason to send a second transfer.
For a support request, collect the asset, chain, amount, time, TxID and the status shown at each end. Do not share passwords, verification codes or recovery phrases, or send an unlocking payment to a stranger.
Three common questions
Is TRC20 always cheapest or fastest?
No fixed rule applies. First remove incompatible routes, then compare the current fee, net arrival and status. A historic screenshot or somebody else's arrival time does not establish your order's outcome.
Can I enter an OKX UID, email or Web3 wallet address?
This guide uses an OKX exchange USDT deposit address. Do not put an internal recipient identifier in an on-chain address field. A Web3 wallet is a different destination with different receipt and support arrangements.
Will the transfer turn USDT into dollars or another local currency?
Moving USDT between platforms does not itself convert it. Selling, exchanging into fiat or trading is a separate operation with its own quote, access conditions and charges. See full-cost accounting.
